BePeace™ is a practice that combines a scientifically proven method for "feeling peace" with a clear path for "speaking peace" that creates an authentic, compassionate connection. As we learn this practice, we are empowered to pass it on, to "teach peace".

The BePeace Foundations Course™ is a 40-hour experiential workshop designed to empower individuals to grow as peacemakers through immersion in this transformational practice.

Through this course, participants will become skilled in how to “feel peace” and enhance intelligence through the practice of physiological coherence between the heart and the brain. Then, by learning the steps of compassionate communication, participants will learn how to “speak peace” by connecting more consciously with their own feelings and needs, and the feelings and needs of others.

  • Find release from worry, anger, anxiety and depression simply and quickly
  • Achieve your highest brain function and open up your intuition
  • Attain emotional balance, even in times of great turmoil and stress

This program has been taught widely in schools in Costa Rica since 2004 and is now moving into the United States. Rasur Foundation International aims to train educators in schools in BePeace™ who can then train other teachers, students and parents in their school community. Offering the BePeace™ program in schools equips students, teachers and parents with the skills to resolve conflicts in a mutually satisfying manner and provides life skills for making positive choices that enrich life.
